Journeyman Level Construction

REQUIREMENTS: 

* 5 years construction experience 

* Some lead experience 

* High school diploma / GED (preferred) 

* An understanding of construction budgets & timelines 

* Strong communication skills (firm, but also courteous) 

* Valid Driver lIcense (preferred) to operate company vehicles 

JOB DUTIES: 

* Manages and implements the flow of construction tasks for projects: 

* Understands the sequence of construction 

* Can perform construction tasks at the jobsite 

* Supervise and ensure tasks are being completed safely, in sequence and efficiently. 

* Train and teach employees methods and means. 

* Complete Time & Material (T & M), track hours and materials as needed 

* Run errands and manage multiple jobsites as needed 

* Asses jobs, materials and timelines 

* Adhere to and enforce company guidelines and policies 

* Other duties as assigned 

HOURS Full Time 

WAGE $26.00 - $30.00
