Night at the Aquarium

Description

"Watch as the Aquarium comes to life on the Night Watchman shift." This is our annual Banquet & Balloon Auction. 

The fun begins with a reception that includes appetizers and no host bar beginning at 7pm in the Passages of the Deep Tunnel.  Silent Auction items will be available to bid on during the reception.

A buffet dinner will be served in the main lobby along with more Silent Auction items and a Live Auction.

$75 per person charge includes appetizers and dinner buffet:

Appetizers:

Domestic cheese platter with assorted crackers and sliced baguette

Crudite with house made ranch dressing and roasted red pepper hummus

Crostini with smoked salmon cream cheese, pesto and roasted garlic with sundried tomato hummus

Assorted Sausage/meat platter with assorted crackers and crostini

Buffet Dinner:

House Caesar Salad with croutons, parmesan cheese and traditional Caesar dressing

Green Beans with onions, garlic and almonds

Roasted Yukon Gold garlic mashed potatoes

Grilled Salmon with a mango pico de gallo

Filet Mignon with Bernaise sauce
