Program: Rachel Browning, Board President for Restore Oregon, will be talking about current trends in historic preservation and how it can be used as a tool to combat climate change and address Oregon's housing needs.  Rachel comes to the role with over 25 years experience in the sustainable construction industry. She recently moved to Newport to be with her longtime fiance, now husband.
