DESCRIPTION:Chamber Golf Tournament at Agate Beach Golf CourseThe Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce will hold the 7th Annual Chamber Golf Classic at Agate Beach Golf Course on Sunday\, September 27\, 2026.This golf event will be a nine-hole tournament\, attracting a wide range of community leaders and local participants. The morning will begin with registration at 9:30am\, and a four-person Scramble Shotgun Start at 11am. All proceeds raised will directly benefit the Newport Chamber's initiatives to continue providing professional assistance\, programs\, resources and advocacy to our Chamber businesses and community.Various competitions will be held along the course\, including a Putting Contest\, Longest Drive (men and women)\, Hole in One Contest\, Par 5 Game and Closest to the Pin (men and women)\, with mulligans available for purchase.A late lunch and the awards ceremony for winners of the competition will follow the tournament\, along with a raffle for participants to take home prizes.The Chamber is offering a "Chamber Member Special" $300.00 per 4-some. The non-member cost is $350.00 per 4-some.
